Feeding support that feels calm, supportive, and centered on you.
Cradle & Kind…
Was created to offer a softer, more supportive approach to lactation care- one that honors both the baby and the person feeding them.
Breastfeeding can feel overwhelming, especially when advice is rigid, technical, or filled with pressure. At Cradle & Kind, support is gentle, calm, and grounded in real life. Feeding doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective- and families don’t need to be “fixed” to be supported.
My goal is to help parents feel confident and capable as they learn what works for their unique baby. We slow things down, focus on connection, and make practical adjustments that feel doable- not stressful. Whether feeding comes easily or requires extra support, you deserve care that feels reassuring, respectful, and kind.
I’m so glad you’re here.
Hi there!
I’m so glad you’ve found me! I’m a Certified Lactation Counselor, a mother of five, and the heart behind Cradle & Kind. My passion for lactation support comes not just from training, but from lived experience across many seasons of motherhood.
With my first child, breastfeeding wasn’t even something I planned to pursue. Over the years- through five very different postpartum journeys- I experienced nearly every feeding path in between: learning to breastfeed, navigating common challenges, pumping, balancing feeding with family life, and building confidence one step at a time. With our youngest, I went on to exclusively nurse until she was 2.5 years old.
Those experiences shaped the way I support families today.
I understand how overwhelming feeding can feel once you’re home- when the hospital support has ended and real life begins. At Cradle & Kind, I offer compassionate, in-home lactation support focused on practical guidance, reassurance, and education that fits into your everyday life. There is no pressure, no rigid expectations, and no judgment- only support that honors your goals and your circumstances.
My approach is calm, realistic, and deeply individualized. Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, or simply trying to find your footing, my goal is to help feeding feel achievable, supported, and sustainable.
You deserve care that meets you where you are- and that’s exactly what I strive to provide.
With love,
Cassaundra
